Reference Number 0000386826 Work performed under this contract consists of the following improvements: removal of curb and gutter, construction of new curb and gutter, construction of new median widening the existing median, asphalt patching, and signing and striping. Anticipated construction period: June 10 through July 25, 2025. Work not specifically called for, but necessary to perform the contract work will be considered incidental to the contract whether specifically detailed or not. Failure to complete the work as prescribed shall be considered as a Breach of Contract and subject to Liquidated Damages which are $1,000.00 per day.
