Lump sum or unit pricing shall be used as specified in the solicitation documents Method of payment shall check or electronic funds transfer. The successful respondent on a public works contract exceeding $25,000 will be required to post a payment bond, up to the full amount of the contract, upon contract execution from an approved Surety Company. The successful responded on a public works contract exceeding $100,000 will required to post a performance bond, up to the full amount of the contract, upon execution from an approved Surety Company. Architect of Record County has contracted with Ramirez-Simon Engineering, LLC for Architectural/ Engineering services for this project. Scope of Services County intends to Upgrade air conditioning system at Jester Annex by converting the current HVAC system from DX to Chilled water. The project envelopes two (2) of the three (3) units with provision made to replace the third unit at a future date. The Project includes all utilities, drainage, roadways, parking, landscaping and walkways to structures, and landscaping associated with structures.
