The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Round Rock Town Green The Round Rock Town Green is located on 100 W. Main Street. Round Rock, Texas, a 2.11-acre located east of IH 35, at the main entry to the historic Downtown Round Rock. The holds a few historic markers, the existing Johnson Building and the iconic Water Tower. The Johnson building will re restored to it's original design and the existing structure sitting behind the pseudo historic building will be completely removed and turned into a square for community events and general enjoyment. Other proposed elements include a great lawn, complete renovation of the Koughan Memorial, redesign of open spaces, installation of a synthetic turf lawn, signage, new lighting, planting, seating areas, furniture, upgraded stormwater, soils plans, low water use plans native to the region and irrigation. The project includes a proposal for the complete replacement of existing paver sidewalks and installation of new stamped concrete walkways to match the new sidewalks found throughout downtown. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
