W912HZ25N1229, W912HZ25R0010, W912HZ25AA009 Scope: The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). This contractor(s) shall provide landscaping services such as grass trimming, weed trimming and removal, dirt work, and gravel delivery and leveling. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Environmental Laboratory, Aquatic Ecology & Invasive Species Branch (EEA) research facility LAERF in Lewisville, Texas intends to establish a Master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) in order to maintain operations of the facilities year round landscaping services. The Government anticipates this solicitation will result in a single BPA award. The Government estimates, but does not guarantee, that the total volume of purchases through this agreement will be $1,100,000.00 in capacity over a 5-year period unless earlier termination. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide landscaping services for the Lewisville Aquatic Ecosystem Research Facility (LAERF) as defined in the attached Performance Work Schedule (PWS).
