Reference Number 0000386321 Bid Intent Not Available The successful proposer or proposers shall provide on-call water system and sewer system repair services, commencing on the date in which the Notice to Proceed is issued, and ending on June 30, 2027 ("Base Term"). The Contract may be extended, at the District's option, for two (2) additional 12- month terms. The Contract, and subsequent options terms, will be issued on an annual basis, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum amount of work. All work will be procured on an "as-needed" basis. The Work covered by the Contract Documents and any Work Order issued thereunder includes as-needed planned and/or emergency maintenance work for the District's potable, recycled and sewer collection systems. Work sites are or will be located within public right-of-ways, paved roadways, unpaved roadways, sidewalks, and/or easements throughout the District's service area, which includes the cities of Dublin, San Ramon, and Pleasanton. Additionally, the District serves federal lands, including Parks Reserve Forces Training Area (Camp Parks) and Federal Correctional Institution Dublin (FCI Dublin), and Alameda County property including Santa Rita Jail.
