Renovation of a military facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
**As of June 27, 2025, the project was awarded to Long Building Technologies but the awarded amount is not available.** Provide major maintenance, major repairs and replacement of existing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning equipment. This may consist of inspecting or replacing air conditioning units, ventilation units, and heating systems (boiler and forced air); installing new equipment; DDC controls and designing and installing new HVAC systems. The Wyoming Military Department (WYMD) cooling and heating systems are diverse in type, age and controls. There are various types of systems at different locations throughout the State of Wyoming. The objective of this project is to provide HVAC major maintenance, major repairs and replacement throughout the facilities, within the WYMD. All questions pertaining to this request must be submitted online through the online website. Questions must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. MT on May 5, 2025, through the on-line bidding system. Any questions received after the deadline may not be accepted or considered. It is the Proposer's responsibility to check Public Purchase for addenda or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. It is the Proposer's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List.
