Antler Pond Phase 2 Timber Stand Improvement Location: T.28N., R.69W., Section 16, Platte County Questions must be submitted through electronically no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on, MAY 28, 2025. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. ACCESS From the Glendo 1-25 exit #111 drive east on A Street for approximately 300 feet, to Highway #319, turn right (south) on Hwy #319 and drive approximately 1.1 miles to Horseshoe Creek Road (Platte County Road), turn right (west) on Horseshoe Creek Road and drive approximately 6.9 miles, turn left (south) on two track access road and continue south on access road for approximately 2.8 miles to project area. See attached Project Area Map and Vicinity Map. The majority of access roads are located on State Lands, with some ofthe main access road being located on adjacent private lands. The adjacent landowner has agreed to allow use ofthis road for project implementation purposes. PROJECT AREA: Block A 76.0 acres Block B 15.0 acres TOTAL PROJECT ACRES = 91.0 acres (see project area map) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: See Attachment B This project has two (2) blocks. Project blocks are marked by a blue painted boundary. The primary tree species is ponderosa pine.
