Construction of the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent Integrated Training Center includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to deliver a complete and fully functional facility using a Design-Bid-Build delivery method, in accordance with all specifications contained in the Request for Proposal. Work includes all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and related building systems, along with required site improvements, to provide a complete facility with warranty. Contractors must hold and maintain a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) or higher for the full duration of the contract. Access to project specifications and drawings requires approval due to the presence of Controlled Unclassified Information. All vendors must maintain active registration in SAM.gov and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment to obtain restricted documents. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 1095 calendar days. Technical inquiries and questions relating to technical requirements, proposal procedures or bonds are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet Question Deadline 03/31/2026
