As of July 8, 2025. PRoject was awarded to Brouwer Construction, LLC of Raymond, MN in the amount of $460,502.91. Site Directions: Diamond Lake County Park and CR 104 Project DIAMOND LAKE ACCESS-25, Reconstruction of the Diamond Lake Access near Diamond Lake County Park, trail construction from access to CSAH 28, and bituminous surfacing of CR 104. Combined estimated quantities of work are: Remove Bituminous Pavement - 2124 SQYD, Geotextile Fabric Type V - 3725 SQYD, Structural Soil Borrow 315 CUYD, Select Granular Borrow (CV) - 2326 CUYD, Common Excavation (P) - 4141 CUYD, Aggregate Base Class 5 - 1870 TON, Bituminous Mixture - 1736 TON, Coarse Aggregate Bedding - 94 TON, 18" RC Pipe Apron - 1 EACH, 4" Perforated PE Pipe Drain - 110 LF, 18" RC Sewer Pipe - 168 LF, Construct Drainage Structure Design G or H - 1 EACH, 6" Concrete Walk - 354 SF, Truncated Domes - 19 SF, Toilet Screen - 1 EACH, Deciduous Tree 2.5" Cal B&B - 4 EACH, Silt Fence Type MS - 772 LF, Common Topsoil Borrow - 104 TON, and other construction items. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must be uploaded with all bids. The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or technicalities therein and to award the contract in the best interest of the County.
