Description

Site work for a civil project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Project Description: This project will consist of 6 sections of fence replacement along Highway 26 west of Dubois, between Taylor Creek Exxon and Stony Point. At this time, the fence conversion totals nearly 10,000 feet of fencing, but additional segments may be added if other landowners agree to convert fencing. Bidding questions shall be submitted online Written questions about the procurement process should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system, Any questions received after the deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on June 2, 2025. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 22, 2025, will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
