The general work requested is: The installation of new lighting units per the installation and special provision Guidelines, installation of other electrical appurtenances, and the removal of Existing lighting units and other existing electrical appurtenances, etc. Time for Completion: All work on this contract shall be completed by January 2, 2026. Liquidated Damages, per diem, will be calculated as per Section 108.11 of online Standard Specifications. The residency requirement for this project is 0% of all hours worked on the project. The SBE requirement for this project is 0% of the contract base bid. The SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness.
