The general work requested is: The installation of non-intrusive detection cameras at existing signalized Intersections. Non-Intrusive Detection Grant 3 - ST320233301 Located at: 13 INTERSECTIONS, SOUTH SIDE IN THE CITY OF MILWAUKEE (Wisconsin Department of Transportation ID No. 2984-29-93) Time for Completion: All work on this contract shall be completed by June 30, 2026. Liquidated Damages, per diem: will be calculated as per Section 108.11 of online Standard Specifications The residency requirement for this project is 0% of all hours worked on the project. One quarter of these hours must be attributable to residents living in the following zip codes: 53204, 53205, 53206, 53208, 53210, 53215, and 53233. If the forms are not filled out properly, it will be cause for rejection of the bid. The SBE requirement for this project is 0% of the contract base bid. The SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. SBE certificates must be submitted with the Form A. Incomplete SBE Compliance Plans (Form A) or inaccurate SBE Compliance Plans will not be accepted and will render the bid unresponsive. Bid Security Required: Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of the Contractor's Base Bid.
