**As of July 17,2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project contemplated herein consists of: 1. Replacement of all twelve (12) Dryer Recycle Feed Screw Conveyors. 2. The Contractor is responsible for removing the existing conveyors and designing, furnishing, and installing new conveyors and ensuring that they fit the existing conveyor configurations and that the conveyors are able to meet the existing service condition requirements. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for replacing and modifying conveyor components such as, but not limited to, inlet chutes, discharge chutes, supports, covers and any other associated ancillary components. 4. The Dryer Recycle Feed Screw Conveyors were originally procured in 1990 (see attached Drawing 213725). They were replaced and also downsized in 2019 (see attached Drawing 217941 Rev. A). In this project they will be replaced again, and upsized to their original size and capacity, but with several design modifications. There will be changes to the existing conveyor design such as conveyor capacity, tail shafts and shaft seals, materials of construction, and the hard facing material to be used on the pipes, flights, troughs, trough end plates, and chutes.
