Station New York has a 15-ton HVAC system providing the cooling to Building number 10. The system consists of a 15-ton York condensing unit Model: YD180C00A2AAA2A, and a CentralAire air handling unit model: 0815F2HHC. Heating is provided by hot water from a separate boiler system. System was installed around 2005 and utilizes R-410A. The outdoor condensing unit is severely corroded due to the operating environment near salt water and is no longer operating or feasibly repairable. The indoor Air Handler has been inspected and tested and is operational.
