Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Hurlburt Field, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Remove and replace Pad Mounted 300KVA 13.8KV-480/277V 3-phase Oil Type Transformer with a stainless- steel Dead Front FR3 fluid unit with a generator tap box and a secondary distribution panel board located near the transformer. New distribution panel to replace panel CP will contain at least 20% spare breakers. Extend service conductors as needed to reach new panel CP as well as primary conductors to new transformer. Retest all loads to buildings and other location to verify correct 480 VAC phase rotation. Provide Bollards around transformer and panel CP location. Replacement shall be completed in accordance with Drawing number 79K50561 and Specification number 79K50562. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = TBD calendar days
