The estimated value of this contract is $150,000 for a one-year period and a total estimated contract value of $450,000 including the two one-year extensions options. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a Bid Bond, Treasurer’s Check, Cash, Cashier's Check or Certified Check issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project.
