The City of Watertown is seeking to award a one-year contract with two additional one-year renewals, solely at the discretion of the City. The City will provide written confirmation of renewal at least 60 days prior to the end of the contract period. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. . Scope of Services The Contactor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to perform the cleaning, removal of debris and sealing of random cracks in bituminous pavement locations within the City of Watertown. In general, this contract consists of providing Crack sealing repairs on city roadways at various locations as directed by the Department of Public Works (DPW). The Contractor will furnish all labor, all material, all machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the satisfactory performance of this contract. A. The Contractor shall provide all equipment and all material, incidental material, protective devices and qualified personnel. Warning signs shall be in accordance with the DPWs standards as to size, shape, color and location for the safe and efficient performance of the work and safety of the traveling public.
