In general, this contract consists of providing Crack sealing repairs on city roadways at various locations as directed by the Department of Public Works (DPW). The Contractor will furnish all labor, all material, all machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the satisfactory performance of this contract. A. The Contractor shall provide all equipment and all material, incidental material, protective devices and qualified personnel. Warning signs shall be in accordance with the DPW's standards as to size, shape, color and location for the safe and efficient performance of the work and safety of the traveling public. B. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the City or its Architect/Engineer and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents.
