Guardrail replacement of Shingobee Road Bridge (NBI#11008) including but not limited to disassembling existing guardrail, guardrail post removal and replacement, installation of energy absorbing end terminals, and associated traffic control. Work includes but is not limited to disassembling of existing guardrail, guardrail post removal and replacement, installation of energy absorbing end terminals, and associated traffic control. The project end state will consist of raising the top of the bridge and approach guardrails to a height of 31.0 inches with new guardrail and posts to meet current FHWA requirements. The Work involves general construction consisting of the following major components as shown on the plans and specified herein: This project is for the replacement of 810 feet (0.15 miles) of bridge guardrail. Work includes but is not limited to disassembly of existing guardrail and wooden posts the alignment and installation of wooden posts and updated guardrail, installation of guardrail end treatments, and associated traffic control. The Work will be substantially complete on or before September 30, 2025 ; Final completion- October 30, 2025
