The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) by the County is to solicit sealed bids from qualified Contractors (Bidders) to establish a single contract to replace the carpet with vinyl plank flooring at the Public Safety Building, 1080 Coverstone Drive, Winchester, VA. Project completion must not exceed 14 days.
