Howard County, Maryland (the "County") seeks a qualified firm (the "Contractor") to furnish wastewater treatment facility operation and maintenance services. The County currently operates five shared septic systems with a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) wastewater treatment system and one Membrane Bioreactor system. The operation and maintenance of these types of facilities requires constant monitoring and in some cases daily site visits 365 days of the year as called for in the contract documents, specifications, and price page.
