The City of Toledo DPU/Water Treatment Plant is seeking a vendor to provide adsorbent media chang-out services for the Emergency Gas Scrubber (EGS) system at the Water Treatment Plant. The services include the removal and disposal of the existing adsorbent media and the installation of replacement adsorbant media. During the changeout of media, the installation of an adsorbent media bed monitoring system is to be installed to EGS system. The following items will be required upon awarding the contract: Performance Bond and PLA, if applicable. The successful bidder shall submit certified payrolls to the City for all labor performed on the project 2 weeks after start date, then weekly thereafter as determined by the Division of Contract Compliance. A Pre-Construction meeting is required prior to work start.
