Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Watsonville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: This project is for licensed contractors with a Class A license to perform driveway and parking graded with class II base rock, accessible parking space to existing concrete pad shall be an ADA accessible material that is firm and non-slip surface (contractor shall submit proposed material for County approval prior to installation); excavate, expose and remove existing outfall drainage pipe, install concrete coupler and new drainage pipe to existing concrete culvert, bed new pipe and coupler, and fill excavation in compacted lifts; construction of half mile tractor path at trail; placement of County supplied logs in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Santa Cruz County Parks. All pre-proposals questions should be directed to: Mariana Colibri-Urgo at Mariana.ColibriUrgo@santacruzcountyca.gov prior to May 14, 2025 at 5:00pm. (FIVE days prior to proposals opening) The Contractor shall complete all or any designated portions of the work called for under the contract in all parts and requirements within 30 calendar days (except as modified in the technical specifications).
