The project is expected to be awarded by the end of the week.** Reference Number 0000385184 Question Acceptance Deadline 05/14/2025 03:30 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Prevailing Wage Required Bids shall be submitted at the time and place indicated in the Notice to Bidders and shall be enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope. The opaque envelope shall be marked on the outside with the project title and name and address of the bidder. The submission shall consist of the completed pages of this document marked "TO BE SUBMITTED" and any other required documents. The submission shall also include, if required in the Notice to Bidders, the bid security. If the bid is sent through the mail or other physical delivery system, the sealed envelope containing the bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation "BID ENCLOSED" on the face thereof AND the outer envelope shall be marked on the outside with the project title and name and address of the bidder. The Town of Colonie reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids submitted.
