Testing for hazardous materials has been conducted and asbestos abatement shall be included in scope. The scope includes patching and repairing existing materials that may be disturbed in the process of replacing the windows. All interior and exterior finishes to be patched and repaired to provide in "like new" condition. Exception: the interior finishes in the meeting room shall be patched and repaired, ready to received new finishes . All sills to be reviewed and approved by owner. For the purpose of bidding, assume sills to be replaced to match existing.
