Reference Number 0000408687 Question Acceptance Deadline 01/21/2026 03:30 PM EST Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each submitted bid must be accompanied by (a) a certified check in the sum of 5% of the amount of the bid, drawn upon a national or state bank or trust company, to the order of the Town of Colonie, New York, or (b) a bond with sufficient sureties in a penal sum equal to 5% of the bid, conditioned that if its bid is accepted, successful bidder will enter a contract for the same and that he will execute such further security as may be required for the performance of the contract. At the execution of the anticipated contract, the Successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and labor and materials bond, and a payment bond equal to the full amount of the bid. The Town of Colonie reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids submitted.
