Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in St Stephen, New Brunswick. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Scope of work includes: Building addition of approximately 50 m2 including footings, foundation walls and civil work. Interior renovations and upgrades for approximately 20 rooms which involves the demolition of some walls, building finishes etc. as well as mechanical, plumbing and electrical work to accommodate the upgrades. TIMELINE: A Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) was issued to notify the industry for the upcoming Two Stage Procurement Process (RFPQ & ITT) that BGIS will be issuing for a General Contractor to provide construction services for this project. Construction schedules will be confirmed once tender has been issued. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
