Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in St Stephen, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Scope of work includes: Building addition of approximately 50 m2 including footings, foundation walls and civil work. Interior renovations and upgrades for approximately 20 rooms which involves the demolition of some walls, building finishes etc. as well as mechanical, plumbing and electrical work to accommodate the upgrades. Addition at front of building and interior upgrades including selective demolition, asbestos and hazardous materials abatement, new partitions, ceilings and flooring, window replacement, insulation upgrades, new washrooms and kitchen, covered link to garage, partial garage upgrades, electrical service upgrade and rewiring, lighting and data outlets, HVAC modifications, plumbing and water and sanitary service replacement, site work, commissioning, testing, balancing, training and closeout.
