Reference Number NB-26-3191 The Work consists of improvements to approximately thirty municipal streets and generally includes the supply, installation and construction of approximately: 7700 tonnes of roadway asphalt, 37,000 square metres of cold milling, 23 lineal metres of storm sewer complete with catch basins, 2000 square metres of granular base and/or subbase construction, 1700 lineal metres of concrete curb and gutter, 1000 square metres of reinforced concrete sidewalk, reinstatement of roadway markings and site restoration. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Municipal District of St. Stephen, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. The Municipal District of St. Stephen reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
