Renovation of a multi-residential development in Elkhart, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
**As of June 26, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 27, 2025.** Replacement of the interior storefronts at Offices 105 and 107 with partition walls and new doors with a buzzer system. Replacement of the exterior storefront of both Offices with EIFS walls. New exit door at Office 107. Said Housing Authority of the City of Elkhart, Indiana is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other Bid submitted and reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive informalities in any Proposal if it shall be in the judgment of the Housing Authority of the City of Elkhart so to do and to defer the acceptance or rejection until the financial arrangements for said Project are completed. Document Notes: a. The return of Drawings and Specifications within ten (10) days after the date of receiving Bids and b. The Drawings and Specifications are in usable condition as determined by the Architect. Should any Bidder fail in the observance of EITHER CONDITION, he shall forfeit the FULL AMOUNT of his deposit. Plans and Specifications may be obtained from Alliance Architects, 929 Lincolnway East, Suite 200, South Bend, Indiana. Electronic Plans and Specifications are available upon request.
