Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Aztec, New Mexico. Working plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
**As of June 25, 2025 project has been canceled. As of this time it is unknown if an when project will rebid. The City of Aztec is requesting bids for the PW Complex Main Office Remodel PH-III. All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract documents and in particular, the design drawings and the technical and administrative specifications for this project. The City reserves the right to select any combination of services bid. PW Complex Main Office Remodel Phase III will include construction and alteration of the existing Public Works Department building. The project involves modifications to a Pre-Engineered Metal Building, including office buildouts, as well as the addition of a shower room and locker room. Includes general construction, minor plumbing, HVAC, and electrical upgrades
