County Road 7900 Full Depth Reclamation Public Works This work consists of pulverizing an existing pavement and base in-place, adding crushed aggregate if required, mixing this material with water, and shaping and compacting the mix to produce a base. San Juan County is seeking a licensed contractor to pulverize 5 miles of existing pavement on County Road 7900 in Nageezi, New Mexico, The awarded contractor will only be responsible for the pulverization of the existing roadway. San Juan County crews will provide any aggregate/base course, water, traffic control and complete the mixing, spreading and compacting of the pulverized material. Aggregate Bid Offers shall be made on unaltered Bid Offer Forms furnished by San Juan County. Emailed Bids are not acceptable. Bids shall be submitted sealed. The outside package should clearly identify the project name and hid number, bid opening date, and name of bidder. Submit Bid Offer in accordance with the Invitation to Bid. Bidders may submit a Primary Bid and Alternate Bid(s). Each Bid must be sealed separately, and the outside package should he clearly marked indicating if the Bid is Primary or Alternate.
