Attached is a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Finance and Property Services Department for Architectural & Engineering services required for the Minneapolis Farmer's Market Sustainable Modernization Project located at 312 East Lyndale Ave. N. in Minneapolis. Question Deadline 05/23/2025 Prospective responders shall direct inquiries/questions in writing only to the A/E's primary interface with the City during theRFP: Paul Miller, Sr. Project Manager Department of Finance &Property Services 350 5th Street South, Room 108 Minneapolis, MN 55415 paul.miller@minneapolismn.gov Based upon the "Scope of Services" (Attachment B), the A/E shall describe their understanding of the Project, and their approach to providing full A/E services, including their approach to complying with the City of Minneapolis Sustainable Building Policy. Include a detailed description of the A/E services to be provided with a listing of tasks, deliverables, and proposed schedule, The City of Minneapolis (the City) makes this Request for Proposals (the RFP) in order to select a qualified Architectural & Engineering consulting firm (the A/E) for providing Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Administration services for the proposed Minneapolis Farmer's Market Sustainable Modernization Project (the Project). The Project is generally described in the "Scope of Services" (Attachment B), contained within this RFP, including descriptions of roles, responsibilities and relationship of the A/E, City, and other parties involved in the Project.
