In Seeking Professional Services, the District is Requesting Proposals From Firms With Recent Experience in School Construction Projects and Bond Planning. The Sumner-bonney Lake School District is Expanding Capacity at Tehaleh Heights Elementary by Constructing an 8 Classroom Addition to the Building. Statement of Qualifications and Proposals Shall Address the Following: (a) Description of Professional Staff and Respective Roles for Each; (B) List of Projects That Have Either Been Permitted or Completed in the Past Three Years; (C) One Page Description of Transition of Personnel From Construction Documents Through Contract Administration and Closeout; (D) One Page Description of Quality Assurance/quality Control Procedures That Minimize Change Orders Due to Design; and (E) References From Three Clients. The District Anticipates Conducting Interviews on August 13, 2025 and That a Firm Will Be Selected and Appointed as the Architect of Record for This Project No Later Than August 20, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
