The project involves the installation of new air piping at the City's wastewater treatment plant located at 25839 Katy Freeway in the City of Katy. The project also includes all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the project. Estimate: $150,000 Base Bid for the Air Piping Improvements: All work shown on plans and described in these specifications, including but not limited to: Connections to existing air piping, buried air piping, aboveground air piping, valves, wall penetration & sealing, bedding, backfill, couplings, sidewalk repair, and all items on construction drawings necessary to complete the work. Question Deadline 05/23/2025 Submit questions about bidding documents to the Engineer/Professional. Inquiries are permitted until ninety-six (96) hours prior to bid opening. Bidders should contact the Engineer/Professional not less than 48 hours before bid opening to secure any addenda that may affect bidding .
