You are invited to submit your bid for the 57 N Ottawa St. 2nd Floor Renovation Project for Will County. A 10% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check made payable to the Will County Treasurer MUST accompany your bid, or it will not be considered. Money Orders or Company checks will not be accepted. Should you have any questions regarding this bid, please contact Kevin Lynn in writing at klynn@willcounty.gov. Question Deadline 05/23/2025 at 12:00 PM CT The bidder acknowledges the right of the County of Will to reject any and all proposals for cause and to waive non-material informality or irregularity in any bid received. A 10% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check made payable to the WILL COUNTY TREASURER, shall accompany each bid, attached to the front cover, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into. A Performance Bond for the amount of the contract will be required from the successful bidder and shall be valid throughout the life of the contract.
