** As of 06/26/2025 project has been awarded to GRANADA CONSTRUCTION CORP., IN THE AMOUNT OF $524,825.70.** The Project consists of roadway improvements to Ellis Road as delineated on the Construction Plans. More specifically, work shall include HMA milling and paving, full depth pavement repair, installation of concrete curb and granite block curb, driveway repairs, sidewalk improvements including the construction of ADA-compliant curb ramps, installation of type 'N-ECO' curb pieces and bicycle safe grates, inlet repairs, striping upgrades, site restoration and all other improvements depicted within the Bid Documents. No Proposal, either by mail or in person, will be accepted after the date and hour specified. In the case of mailed Proposals, the Township assumes no responsibility for bid proposals received after the date and time specified. Bids must be submitted on a standard form. Upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the successful bidder shall complete construction within sixty (60) calendar days. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all bids. Document Note: The bid proposal packages will not be available for pickup. In the e-mail message the contractor shall indicate if they request an electronic copy (PDF format) or paper copy. Electronic copies will be provided via email at no charge. Paper copies will be sent via UPS or Fedex if the contractor provides UPS or Fedex account information to defray the cost of this shipping method. Otherwise, paper copies will be sent via USPS. Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder on the face of the envelope and clearly marked with the name of the contract being bid.
