** As of 06/26/2025 project has been awarded to JOHN GARCIA CONSTRUCTION CO. INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $978,735.70 The project consists of one (1) Base Bid and one (1) Alternate Bid. The Base Bid includes the installation of approximately 1,600 LF of 12" PVC water main on Washington Avenue, from Central Avenue to Park Avenue. Alternate Bid 'A' includes the installation of approximately 1,500 LF of 8" PVC water main on Laurel Place, from Washington Avenue to Central Avenue. Upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the successful bidder shall complete construction within sixty (60) calendar days. Construction cannot start prior to June 23, 2025, and all work must be completed no later than August 29, 2025. The work described within the Base Bid must be completed prior to the work described within Alternate Bid 'A', if Alternate Bid 'A' is awarded.
