The project consists of one Base Bid that includes the construction of a retaining wall adjacent to 56 Orton Road within the Township of West Caldwell. The project shall include minor regrading of the existing stream bed and bank, installation of rip-rap and other slope protection and site restoration. Contract Documents and Drawings for the proposed work, which have been prepared by Jeffrey R. Betz, P.E., C.M.E. of the firm Colliers Engineering & Design Inc., are available electronically or via delivery by common carrier beginning by making a request to beverly.talmadge@collierseng.com The bid proposal packages will not be available for pickup. Plans, specifications and forms of proposal prepared by Colliers Engineering & Design Inc., are on file in the office of the Clerk, Municipal Building, 30 Clinton Road, West Caldwell, New Jersey, where same may be inspected during business hours.
