Jeltz Storm Sewer, Condensate, and Sanitary System Upgrades - Interior The scope includes, but is not limited to: o Storm Sewer and Sanitary Sewer Modifications: o Repair and update interior stormwater and sanitary sewer piping systems. o HVAC Condensate System Upgrades: o Replace existing HVAC condensate risers. o Reroute condensate discharge through the building exterior to a new site drainage system (by Others). o General Construction Requirements: o Maintain safe, accessible, and weatherproof conditions in occupied areas during construction. o Coordinate activities to avoid disruption to ongoing building operations. o Use of Owner's utilities is permitted; contractors must coordinate all jobsite setups with OCHA.
