FAX to (630) 208-5107 or E-mail: purchasing@KaneCountyIL.gov The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the following: 1. Remove existing asphalt, driveway apron, and curbing shown in the below image- Contractor removes debris from the site. 2. Frame and re-grade the location to allow for better water runoff away from the houses. 3. Place new Hot-Mix asphalt patch to match the new grade. 4. Pour new curbing and tie to the existing curb as shown in the below image. 5. Contractors are encouraged to visit the job site for inspection and measurement.
