Elk Island Catholic Schools requires a new boiler plant at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic School (k-4) in Fort Saskatchewan. The new plant includes boilers, primary pumps, secondary pumps, a low loss header, expansion tanks, and ancillaries including new digital controls, insulation and recovery, and electrical and other sub-trades as required for a complete installation. Hazardous materials will be abated by the Owner before the construction contact begins. The project is emergent- the existing cast iron sectional boilers failed this spring, and the intent of this project is to install and commission the new plant before the onset of cold weather in the fall.
