This project will be funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and will consist of grade, drain, stone, sidewalk, and asphalt pump track. This bid is intended to comply with the Alabama Code Title 39, the Alabama Public Works Law. Bidders shall be required to comply with the provisions of Title 39 of the Alabama Code regardless if the requirement is explicitly detailed in the bid proposal or not. All bids must be marked with the word "BID" on the outside of the bid package along with Bid Proposal for Chalk Line Park Pump Track, the bid date and the Alabama General Contractor's License Number. All bids must be submitted on the provided bid forms. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to City of Anniston in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal.
