Whitefish Lake First Nation #128 (herein referred to as the Owner) invites Prequalification Submissions from interested contractors to perform the required work to complete the conversion of the existing Pakan Water Treatment Plant, into a fill station and repump facility. It is the intention of the Owner to prequalify General Contractors with experience in Booster Station/Pumphouse construction, truck fill, reservoir construction, pump, electrical, HVAC installations, as well as start-up and commissioning experience.
