The successful contractor will be responsible for all necessary equipment, compatible software and networking, accessories, warranties, delivery, and installation. Phase 2: Initial Expansion Exploration (Infrastructure Development Required): * Cornerstone: 3 Dual Level 2 Chargers, with infrastructure planning for future expansion. * Hilltop Garage: 1 Dual Level 2 Charger, with infrastructure planning for future expansion. * Press Avenue Garage: 1 Dual Level 2 Charger, with infrastructure planning for future expansion. Phase 3: Surface Lot Feasibility Study and Potential Installation: * Kroger Field Parking Lot: Feasibility study and potential installation of Level 2 chargers. * Gatton Student Center Parking Lot: Feasibility study and potential installation of Level 2 chargers. * William T. Young Library Parking Lot: Feasibility study and potential installation of Level 2 chargers. * These surface lots currently lack any EV charging infrastructure. Additionally, the successful contractor should: _ Be responsible for identifying optimal site locations. _ Provide EV parking signage that meets the approval of both UKTS and the University of Kentucky's Marketing and Public Relations office. _ Assist with the reconfiguration of existing parking stalls to accommodate EV charging. _ Ensure compliance with all relevant permitting, ADA, and university parking requirements. _ Provide training to university personnel to be able to maintain and repair proposed EV chargers.
