A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000386587 Bid Intent Not Available Question Deadline 05/19/2025 at 2:00 PM MT The CR38 bridge over Middle Bijou Creek experienced significant abutment protection loss, pier scour, low flow channel damage, and stream bed scour from a significant flood in the Summer of 2023. Bridge protection, low flow channel restoration and stream bed protection will be made to pre-flood conditions. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required ch Bid must be accompanied, in a sealed envelope separate from the one containing the Bid, by a bid bond on an approved form in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid price, made payable to Arapahoe County, Colorado which shall be considered as liquidated damages and shall be forfeited to the County if said Bid is accepted and the Bidder fails to execute the Contract within 10 calendar days after the acceptance of the Contractor's Bid by the County. Arapahoe County reserves the right to reject all or part of all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
