Makle Park Phase 1 contains two (2) contracts: Contract No. 2 - Electrical Contract. A bid bond or certified check shall accompany each proposal to the Owner in theamount of 10 percent of the total base bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and may not bewithdrawn during this period. All bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and on the unit costs. Inquiries shall be submitted using online. This contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Columbia Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner, or to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of Columbia Borough. Contract No. 2 - Electric Contract includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, equipment, superintendence and appurtenances for the electric work associated with providing electrical service to the proposed restroom building, and court, walkway, and parking area lighting and other work as described in the contract documents.
