The City of Anaheim ("Anaheim") Public Utilities Department ("APU") seeks proposals for Water Engineering - General Services Agreement to Provide Professional Consulting and Engineering Services. APU provides electric and water service to approximately 360,000 residents and 15,000 businesses located in Anaheim. APU's Water Services Division's mission is to provide reliable and high quality water to our community at competitive rates with a customer focused approached. This involves overseeing the production, distribution and maintenance of a robust water system that includes several hundred miles of water main pipelines, as well as numerous pump stations, pressure reducing stations, wells, reservoirs, and water treatment facilities. Question Deadline 05/22/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Answers to Questions Posted: May 29, 2025, 5:00pm Commencement of Work (tentative date): October 1, 2025 The term of this Agreement is for a period of five (5) years, with up to two (2) additional one-year extensions if necessary for the successful completion of the services. The total fee for the services for any single RFWOP issued shall not exceed $500,000 and the total amount awarded to any one consultant for each fiscal year shall not exceed $1,500,000. Anaheim may, in its sole discretion, accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, for any reason and without explanation. Anaheim reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time, enter into agreements with one or more respondents, or procure services through other means. Anaheim may also issue a new request for proposal that supersedes and replaces this RFP. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
