Reference Number 0000292652 Question Acceptance Deadline May 23, 2025 02:00 PM PDT Pricing Lump sum Building-wide re-fit to enable the movement of the existing tenant from the first floor to the second floor, and renovate the basement and first floor to meet the requirements of a new tenant. This includes laboratory and special purpose space to house commercial equipment utilized by the tenant. High-level scope of the project includes, but is not limited to: Construction of new partition walls; Installation of new doors; New finishes, including carpet, resilient flooring, millwork, and paint; New window coverings; New lighting; Upgrades to building-wide HVAC; Reconfiguration and relocation of tenant equipment in select locations. 4.4.1 Each Bidder Must Submit a Letter From a Surety or Financial Institution Confirming Its Willingness to Provide the Required Bonds, or Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit, if Awarded the Contract in Respect to This Rfpq. 4.4.2 if Awarded the Contract, and in the Event the Contract Price is Equal to or Greater Than $100,000.00, the Contractor Shall Provide the Following Contract Security That Shall Be in Effect for the Entirety of the Term of the Contract: A Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond, Each in the Amount of 50% of the Contract Price; or An Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit in the Amount of 50% of the Contract Price, Naming "Bgis Global Integrated Solutions Canada Lp" as Beneficiary, Issued by a Financial Institution Authorized to Conduct Business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule Ii Chartered Bank, and Based on the Contract Price as May Be Amended From Time to Time.
