Description: Installing 16 DIPS HDPE DR 9 water main under Big Blue River by method of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), transition to an existing 12-inch and 10-inch DIP main at two locations. Provide fittings, hydrants, valves, manholes, and other incidental work as described in the plans and specifications.
