As of November 11, 2025, this project is in the conceptual phase. A prospective design/build firm has been selected and contract negotiations are in process. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Minneola, Florida, is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the design, permitting, construction, and construction management of improvements to Trailhead Park located at 315 Madison Street in Minneola. The goal of this project is to enhance the park's accessibility, safety, aesthetics, and overall functionality for public use. The City does reserve the right to negotiate for a different term as is in the best interests of the community. The site plan design firm is anticipated to be Inspire Placemaking Collective, LLC The selected contractor will be expected to work with the chosen site plan design firm from design concept through final design.
