As of September 24, 2025, this project has been awarded. This RFQ pertains to the listed phases of construction, and it may be extended to address the preceding and subsequent facilities depending upon available funding, timing, and performance. The City is seeking Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to provide pre-construction and complete construction services, as well as construction administration support necessary for the construction of the project to expand the MWRF with up to an additional 2.5 MGD AADF. For the purposes of this solicitation, the City has established a performance period of Eighteen (18) months to be substantially complete with the facility construction. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Minneola Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
